General Rule – All Sales Are Final
Except for the specific situations described in Section 2 below, all sales are final. Once an order is processed, no refunds will be given for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with results, partial delivery, or any reason not expressly covered by our 100% Refund Guarantee.

100% Refund Guarantee – When You Are Entitled to a Full Refund
You will receive a full (100%) refund of your purchase price only in the following circumstances, provided the issue is caused by a failure on our end:

  • Missed Delivery Deadline: Your order is not delivered within the advertised or agreed‑upon time frame, and the delay is due to our inability to start or finish the service.

  • Service Stuck or Mishap: The service gets stuck, experiences a technical failure, or any other mishap that prevents it from being completed, and we are unable to resolve the problem and deliver the promised service.

Refunds under this guarantee are processed to the original payment method. To request a refund under these terms, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery due date, providing your order details. We may require up to 72 hours to investigate and confirm the service failure before issuing the refund.

Non‑Refundable Situations
No refunds will be given (this list is not exhaustive) if:

  • You provided an incorrect link, username, or account details.

  • The service was delivered as described but you are unhappy with the quality, engagement, or retention—social media platforms are volatile and results are not guaranteed.
  • The order is delayed by external platform changes, updates, or technical issues outside our control, provided we still deliver the service (even if later than expected).

  • You used more than one server or provider simultaneously for the same page/account, which makes proper delivery impossible.

  • The service appears stuck or delayed because of restrictions on your own account (private profile, blocks, community strikes, etc.).

  • You violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity (see Section 6).

Order Accuracy
You are responsible for reviewing your order details before submission. Incorrect links, usernames, or account information will result in a non‑refundable, non‑compensable order. We strongly recommend double‑checking everything before you complete your payment.

Service Timelines and Delays
We work hard to deliver all services on schedule. If we fail to meet the promised delivery time because of our own technical fault, you qualify for a 100% refund as described in Section 2. Occasional delays caused by third‑party platform changes or force majeure events do not automatically qualify for a refund, but if we are completely unable to deliver the service as a result, the 100% Refund Guarantee will apply.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback or dispute after an order has been completed (or when you are not entitled to a refund under this policy) is a violation of our terms. We reserve the right to immediately block access to our services, terminate your account, and take any legal action necessary to recover our losses and associated fees.

Fraud and Misuse
Fraudulent activity—including using unauthorized or stolen payment methods—will lead to immediate account termination. There are no exceptions, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
To ensure correct delivery, do not use more than one server or service at the same time for the same page, profile, or content. Doing so makes it impossible for us to deliver accurate results, and these orders are strictly non‑refundable.
